Does iCare123 support GSM, CDMA and 3G networks?
Yes. iCare123 is independent of the types of communication media and channels in use in the world. Your device must be acceptable to use with your local mobile phone operators.
Does iCare123 support SMS transmissions?
We support SMS as a financial model and it is territory specific. We have implemented in some selected countries such applications for our partners and resellers. It is not included in this global site, but sample screen shots are available to demonstrate its uses, applications and typical text displays.
I purchased a GPS phone in my country; can I use iCare123 services to locate my transmissions?
Yes, it is simple. Just register on line and for a small annual support fee, you are tracking.
I purchased a GPS based PDA/SmartPhone from my local store, can I use your services?
Yes. Common GPS devices under this class use GPS only for navigation, and will not report (even if you want to). Contact us – we have a GPS Plug-in software module to solve your problem. Then, you will have access to iCare123 services.
Other systems track ordinary mobile phones without using GPS, are they better than iCare123?
No. When you use a local phone company to provide you with location data, you need to pay for the services! Their accuracy is never as good as data from GPS satellite directly.
Are my transmission safe with iCare123?
Yes. We have security checks in place to stop other unauthorized persons from accessing your data. We receive process and maintain the data for the user's own use only.
Can I send my transmissions to you any time of the day, and your process them immediately?

Yes, iCare123 service is global and can support any location on earth, subject to limitations on the local communication access. Also, map data in certain regions may not be as good as another; however it is our intention to continue improving the map data.
Can my family see where I am going when I go on a world trip?
Yes. In order for your GPS location data to be submitted to iCare123, you need to use the correct SIM card compatible to the local mobile phone carrier(s). Some SIM cards allow you to roam from one country to another without changing, or you need to change to appropriate SIM and settings. But iCare123 is always there for you.
